There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees. I understand that illnesses, school events, family emergencies, and unexpected situations can arise.
If you need a last-minute tutoring session, I am happy to help whenever my schedule allows. Sessions requested on short notice are based entirely on availability, and there is no additional fee for last-minute scheduling.
If you cancel a tutoring session, there is no cancellation fee. However, your appointment time immediately becomes available to other families. If you later decide you would like the same time, it may no longer be available.
Students who attend tutoring on a regular basis may reserve a recurring weekly appointment. Regular weekly students receive priority for recurring appointment times, while occasional sessions are scheduled based on availability.
If your student only needs tutoring once in a while, I am happy to help whenever my schedule allows. However, I am unable to reserve a weekly time slot “just in case.” Occasional tutoring is offered on a first-come, first-served basis based on current availability.
If cancellations or last-minute schedule changes become frequent or make it difficult to maintain a consistent tutoring schedule, I reserve the right to discontinue tutoring services or release the reserved time slot to another family.
My goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring that regularly scheduled students have consistent access to their reserved appointment times while also accommodating occasional tutoring requests whenever possible.
